workout crew
I am getting really serious about my working out and even eating plan.
I cooked my lunch for the week last night. I grilled up some chicken breasts so every day I will have a grilled chicken sandwhich and salad. I have been doing cardio 6-7 days a week and lifting 3 days a week. I feel awesome.

I'm being fat and lazy until my sister and her family move out, they're always home and she is occupying our garage which has my gym.
They've said they're moving out this week, but of course they also said that last week, will believe it when I see it.

The summer was intense for me. I went to the gym with a new routine, full body workout over 4 days then one day rest, and went almost everyday. I ate really good, started adding running to my routine practically everyday for the Marines and then also been doing more low weight/ high reps, just to cut up and lost some body fat before boot camp.
Lately in Orlando I haven't been doing much gym time just for the fact I don't have money for a membership, but I started doing 200 - 300 push ups, same amount of sit-ups everyday, and running in the FL heat, which I find pretty damn hard.
The first pics are end of March this year while I was still trying to "bulk" ( i was fat ) and I prolly weighed about 220 - 225. The after pics are in Aug and I am about 185lbs now that I checked. I never knew my previous BFI, but I bet its kinda low now. I dont think I lost too much muscle mass either, because the measurements are only off from about .5 to 1.0 inches (which I think was fat). Only big drop was the waist line which went from 38 to 34.

nice man, looks like your workout plan really worked. I have noticed a difference in my body in just two weeks of strict training. I am sure after a few months the change will be very dramatic. It will be time for a new wardrobe as it is my clothes are feeling big on me
