The summer was intense for me. I went to the gym with a new routine, full body workout over 4 days then one day rest, and went almost everyday. I ate really good, started adding running to my routine practically everyday for the Marines and then also been doing more low weight/ high reps, just to cut up and lost some body fat before boot camp.
Lately in Orlando I haven't been doing much gym time just for the fact I don't have money for a membership, but I started doing 200 - 300 push ups, same amount of sit-ups everyday, and running in the FL heat, which I find pretty damn hard.
The first pics are end of March this year while I was still trying to "bulk" ( i was fat ) and I prolly weighed about 220 - 225. The after pics are in Aug and I am about 185lbs now that I checked. I never knew my previous BFI, but I bet its kinda low now. I dont think I lost too much muscle mass either, because the measurements are only off from about .5 to 1.0 inches (which I think was fat). Only big drop was the waist line which went from 38 to 34.
