Stupid f*cking insurance company who insure idiotic drivers

I'm 22... I don't want to call my insurance because it'll go against me. I called them today asked them even if it wasn't my fault would it go against me... they said "maybe" and maybe isn't a pretty word for me. The system already screwed me over once before and I am not too keen on getting raped again. If it comes to a lawyer I am gonna get one. Once this fiasco is over I am sending a letter to the school paper pointing out to everyone that this place isn't paradise.

if its not your fualt. it wont go against you. get a new insurance company if it does. and your insurance will take them to court? pshhh it will take 4 years. jsut do it directly man. get a good lawyer and rape the butt monkey.

Hi this is Lueb's Father: I deal with this type of situation all the time. If a police report was made out showing that this ahole backed into, it is fairly simple to have your car fixed. Report the accident to your insurance company, if they give you a hard time, tell them the story you posted, they should be OK, they will pay to have your car fixed and go after the ahole's insurance company. I am late to this party, but I was going to say that is why you have insurance. Sometimes they screw you which is not right (happened to my gf) but that is why you pay them. They SHOULD go after the insurance company of the other guy.
