I posted a while back that some old dumb ass backed his car into mine and hit it. Cracked the paint on the bumper and moved the bumper out on the right hand side. So I got quotes and it came to $250 or so to repair. I sent all the information to his insurance and now he refuses to pay because he thinks I am being "immature and problematic" and wants to send an adjuster to look at my car.
Right now I am pissed beyond belief, its a lot of fun getting woken up by a phone call that says "We're sorry but our client thinks you shouldn't get the money to get your car fixed."
How the f*ck is this my problem even though I wasn't at fault. The police report states that and the guy's wife admitted to the cop that it was their fault.

Hi this is Lueb's Father: I deal with this type of situation all the time. If a police report was made out showing that this ahole backed into, it is fairly simple to have your car fixed. Report the accident to your insurance company, if they give you a hard time, tell them the story you posted, they should be OK, they will pay to have your car fixed and go after the ahole's insurance company. I was a nice guy once or twice when I was a young man and got burnt, this advice I hope will keep you from getting bunrt. By the way, as long as the accident is not your fault there are no points and your insurance company will pay the deductible. I really get annoyed with old folks and the way they drive.
