Fast film, sick lenses, and one badass camera makes for some killer shots. The wheels look stopped because the film is just that fast as is the aperature of the camera.
but why are the lights blurred?

It happens...I dunno really I have seen this type of shot many times without the use of PS which is why I am saying it wasn't used.

camra is moving and so is the car.....so it's kinda in sync......everything else isn't/blurred

eh???

its a long shutter speed with a flash at the end right before the shutter clicks


the moments where there was no flash caused the blurs, when the flash went off, thats when the car and everything still is captured.
