Yeah I am what happened is as the car drove by the cameraman moved according to the speed of the car to get the shot.
Fast film, sick lenses, and one badass camera makes for some killer shots. The wheels look stopped because the film is just that fast as is the aperature of the camera.
but why are the lights blurred?
