7 day until 9/11
i'm going to celebrate and eat moon cakes. coincidentally, it's the same day as chinese moon cake festival. kinda weird, but i guess it's just pure accidental. oh wells. i know i'm a fob. what can i do???
Well I don't know what they are doing at the Pentagon(where I work) but they are making a really cool memorial for the people who passed on.
And being from NY, I really miss WTC being in the sky.
But nothing special other than a moment of silence I am sure and there might be a memorial service here...
just glad I wasn't in the building that day...

Ground Zero has become almost like an amusment park for some...
There's those selling "9/11" teddy bears and any 9/11 memorabilia...
There's tourists that have their families smile and pose in front of ground zero to take pictures...

I used to walk around lower Manhattan all the time.
Up until the year anniversery.. it was a very solomn.. very peaceful place.
Now it's commercialized and the memory cheapened. Sad.
