I was driving home at the time and everywhere I looked there were people sitting outside with their candles lit. They show that on an episode of the Real Worl Chicago too

What was creepier was the silence from the city. My friends and I went up to Hoboken which is right across the river (We only live about 30 minutes outside the city) and watched from the campus of a school. Smoke... silence... nothingness... and all the emergency lights going up and down the WSHwy
Some woman who was there with her dogs.. looked at me and asked me "What do we do now?"

I would totally agree with you there. For me it will alway's remind me of what happened but I don't get all worked up over it. Its because I have never been to NYC, or the WTC. So how can I relate to what those who were there and saw? Also for me the things that I believe in also give me comfort.
