seriously though. I'm trying to fill out the second page of a W-4 where you figure out withholdings if you have two jobs. What if you don't know which of your jobs is gonna be lowest paying or what the annual wages are gonna be?

Well, since you don't own a home, I would say that you don't have to worry about itemizing deductions, as for withholding, that can be 401k,which will be pulled from your wages tax free, but you will pay taxes eventually. I'm not sure what the problem you're really having? Just claim 0 if your parents still claim you, or 1 if you wanna claim yourself. Either way, you should get some cash back next year.
