ah...nevermind. I think I figured it out. Had to read the thing over a few times.
On page 1 it says "If you have more than one job....and the combined earnings from all jobs exceed $35,000, see...page 2 to avoid having too little tax withheld."
Now, my total income might come over $35K...but I don't know. Whatever the case, I'm assuming that if I have too little tax withheld, they'll just say I owe them money next year. :dunno:
