Stains? Waterspots? Maybe use a polish. Meguiars #2 will clean up water spots and light oxidation. They have heavier (more agressive) products too if that doesn't work. Always try the least agressive thing.

HMMMM!? I guess. Clay Magic is the best deal out there ($10) I get it at autozone. You can probably cut it in two and do another car if you need to.

Swirls are, hm, I'd live with them without a Porter Cable 7424. If you can find Meguiars hand polish and work it into the paint a lot it should reduce them.. Too much work otherwise to get rid of them completely. If you just want a good wax go to your local Harley dealer and pick up their S100. Stuff is awesome. Goes on like butter (ohhh yes). Their Paint Enhancing Cleaner is also pretty good to add some pop to the shine.

I'd go:
wash
clay bar
megs hand polish
S100 paint enhacing cleanser
S100 pure carnauba

Also, no automatic carwashes :nono: They are swirl mark creators. And get some good towels (MICROFIBER!!!). And a washmit (concordia at walmart is pretty good, the lambswool, $5). Detailing is pricey.

Hmmm, Aux, I'd say get a good shampoo too (Megs Gold Class is awesome).
