started doing crunches at the beginning of the week, did 4 sets of 50 within a 5 minute period, right before I go to bed/ chat on AIM. Anyhow, did them Mon-Wed, but decided not to do them last night because I had to deliver 21 workstations to a customer site last night, I loaded all of them and unloaded all of them myself, so I didn't get home until almost 8pm.
Now, my abs are killing me :wtc:
but I'll be doing 200 more tonight

I used to do 300 straight, no breaks, but it took me 3 weeks to get to that. I did lose 8lbs that way, though

it's funny, cuz I'm overweight, a lot of people think I'm VERY out of shape, but the thing is, I'm just overweight, that is all.

I figured you meants 200 total

I've just started working out due to a revelation in my life, and I'm going to go 6 days a week for cardio, 3 of those days I'll lift, and do abs before I go to bed.
I feel better after I workout, but usually the only reason I stop working out is because I'm not seeing results after 2-3 weeks. I know I know, you usually don't see them that fast, but its just a psychological thing that if I'm doing something every day to improve myself and I'm not improving, that I just give up. Not this time though.
