Europe has a large tax on Jap cars so it should be a lot cheaper in the states if we get one. Do ppl really want a Type R that looks like a Mini Minivan? I loved the way the 96-98 Hatch looked and it came in a 200hp type R version. Now that would be a car to have here in the states. The Accord Type R would be a much bigger hype than the civic.

 

this is not just another "type R coming to the states" thread lol I work for a honda dealer, it's on our list for 05. and i know, i really want the accord euro R myself. But it's all honda so i thought i'd post it in here. Im a 6th gen accord man myself. I doubt we'll ever see the accord R tho, because we got two different models here and overseas. The closest we'll get is a TSX type S (maybe TYPE R, but i seriously doubt it) and the TSX type S wont be as good as it can be cuz they have to keep it better than the RSX, but not as good as the TL or CL or whatever L is above the TSX lol

Except, of course, for the fact that Acura is phasing out the 'Type-S' moniker except for the RSX. Acura will never offer anything badged as a Type-R...it doesn't gel with Acura's definition of sport/luxury.

honda makes such a list dumbass, we got memos from chevy, hyundai and honda. I didn't think yall wanted to hear about the new chevy equinox coming in 04, so i decided to let yall know about the civic TYPE R in 05. Navarre gets memos and faxes all the time with all the new models for 04 and 05 listed. One of the new models for 05 in the honda lineup is the civic TYPE R. It's not my fault y'all are too f*ckin stupid to understand that

 

blockbusters gets new release lists for movies but i didn't see y'all qustioning them when they told u terminator 2 was coming out on DVD. So why is it so hard to comprehend a honda dealership getting a release list for the 05 honda lineup? You think they just leave us in the dark and dont know what we're getting till it gets there? They dont just send us shit and say here, sell it. damn, try to spread some good news about honda finally waking up and sending us a REAL TYPE R instead of a watered down si and this is how u morons react.
