again, I drink water to give me that full feeling so I'm not as hungry...kinda like a natural appetite supression...not to mention water is good for you.

Only way to go is exercise I guess, prolonged ones too.
Drinking water will fill you up but won't get ride of the fat. You need to burn the fat.
Going this way, it's gonna be massive water retention =)
