I think he's right. Fat cells stay there, they just shrink up with fat proteins I think.

Only way to go is exercise I guess, prolonged ones too.
Drinking water will fill you up but won't get ride of the fat. You need to burn the fat.
Going this way, it's gonna be massive water retention =)
