this customer called and wanted a new password and got really upset when i couldnt give it over the phone so she threw her phone across the room.

now her aol just told her "good bye" and she told it to "SHUT THE FUCK UP!" only she doesnt know im still on the phone cuz i cant hang up or ill get yelled at, im hoping shell turn off her phone quick.

edit: her daughters birthday was 1959, so ill bet shes like 60.
