Default Thinkin about gettin a domestic beater

My boss, yesterday, went up to his friends junkyard and picked up a 1985 Monte Carlo, with a 350 out of some other car.
all it needed was a new starter
Total cost of the car and starter came out to 500 dollars
sure it does look its age. But damn, he is think about doing some things to it

He told me he has a bunch of other cars, 2 he notice that I would be interested in are a 1983 Chevy Caprice Classic Wagon w/350 for 600(nothing wrong with it except old)
and a 1977 Cadillac Hearse with a 500Ci V8(needs a water pump and sounds like it has a knock) the interior is almost new except for scuffs on the wood rails and a tear in the vinyl top

I would like to have a second car just to work on once in a while... do some stuff to it (hell make a beater drag car )

I think the Hearse would be the shit except it sounds like it needs alot of work

Hell I wouldnt mind learning more about a old V8

You can paint it lime green and lick feet in the back.

I always wanted to drive a hearse.

:squint:

Looks like that old lady near the back of it wants to get in. :chuckles:
