Default Gain muscle mass?

Sup everyone,

I am really trying to gain some muscle mass. I go to the gym exactly 3 times a week for like an hour to an hour and a half.
I've been going regularly all summer and even more than that, but i cant seem to gain a lot of mass! I'm 5'11, right under six feet, and like 137 lbs. Anyone know of any good protein shakes also?

I use Pro-Complex Vanilla. Combine it with orange juice and it's pretty good. 55g of protein per serving but it's overkill since you just crap out most of it.

I use CytoGainer vanilla...with OJ. Eat a lot too, but eat clean...don't just pack on fat.

You know what shakes are good for? Making GNC lots of money. You want mass? EAT EGGS, FISH, AND LOTS OF LEAN MEAT. If you're 137 inside a 5-11 frame, your body is metabolizing food at race horse's pace. Pasta isn't a bad idea, it'll keep you from getting drowsy between workouts, but it builds the fat cells too quickly. Keep pressing A LOT of weight. No more than 2 or 3 sets of 12 reps. Just don't blow a nut - good luck!
