For failing to stop at a stop sign. :bs: I always stop at stopsigns, and I did today. But I think the bitch was PMSing or something. Not much I can do, I guess...it's her word against mine.

dayam that sucks, I think those are like one of the most expensive tickets u can get, that and red light. There like 270 here in Cali, dont know if that applies to u tho.

My options are:
1. Go to court and fight it

2. Pay the ticket and take the insurance hike:

Penalty=$25
Court Costs=$100 ( Court costs even when you don't go to court. Basically they're charging you $100 to cash your money order and sign a sheet that says it's been paid)
Total=$125

3. waste a precious 4 hours of my life in boring ass traffic school, that might get it cleared. and then if I get a worse ticket within the next 3 years, traffic school will no longer be an option.

 

I felt like telling her off and saying some shit like "that's why they shouldn't let you broads become cops"...'cause she was talking to me like I was stupid when she asked if I knew why she pulled me over. I said I didn't know, and she got all snooty and say "You have no idea?!" No, bitch, I didn't do anything, so how should I know?

 

3 years? sheesh. we have to wait 18 months.

go to court and fight it. sicne its your first ticket and youre as old or older than me they should just get rid fo the points. you pay the fine and dont get an insurance hike.
