Definitely not an option I'd choose. Save your Prayer for Judgement for a more serious offense.

This is what i recommend. Fight it. The cop needs to show up in court to say it was valid and in a court, her word is as good as your word. ONLY because you say you have had a clear, completely, driving record. You really have a good chance. Hell it might HONESTLY be worth it to visit a lawyer, depends though.

1. pay a lawyer like 100-500 fro him to show up and the judge to let it go.

2. pay the court fine, possibly have insurance go up 30 PLUS a month for 3 years.. thats (30*36)=1080. (does depend greatly on age etc.)

And that "broad" statement was fairly, well no it was very ignorant.

If this is your first offense, I would be surprised if your insurance went up much at all..............nonetheless, fight it out and try to get it to a non moving violation (defective spedo, etc.) and pay the fine and the insurance shouldn't go up at all then.

Just out of curiosity.. would you have wanted to say that shit if the cop was male?

It's ok I got mine for an unsafe lane change in Canada. We wanted to turn into Seductions to take a picture of ourselves infront of it but we ended up turning into a white Cavalier that at first we thought we hit a snow bank. Apparently it went from 2 lanes to 4.

It wouldn't make much sense in that situation now would it?

but then again, in my experience with cops, the male cops are always more chill. I think the female ones feel like they have to be extra strict 'cause they think they have something to prove.

and for all of you getting your panties in a bunch because of my comment, get over it...it only hurts 'cause it's true. It's not my fault she gave me a bogus ticket and was acting like a bitch.

I got busted going 82 in a 55, on the wrong side of the road, passing a school bus (it was a legal passing zone ). I got speeding and negligent (sp?) driving. The cop was in oncoming traffic when he clocked me. 5 points against me for 25 over the speed limit, 1 for neg. driving--over $400 ticket. Went to court, got all but 1 of the points taken off, 30 hours community service, $50 fine, and driving school.

Moral? Go to court, money and points suck.

It's not true... not every woman turns into a raging bitch when they're on the rag. It 's always a damn excuse guys use when
woman pisses them off and they don't know how to deal with it.. or suck it up. When guys are pissed off.. women don't blame it on Sperm Retention Syndrom.

Get over it.
