hahah, someone knows whats up, get a person to the ground, lock them up and start hitting :exnbp:

and I wouldn't want to mess with Black2000GSR, he's got all the sexual frustration, so he probably has a lot of anger :nervous:

actually it takes a LOT to get me angry, but I get annoyed at stupidity easily. I've been in a few situations before where people tried to piss me off, but I realized it wasn't worth my time and just walked away...then having others tell me they can't believe I didn't knock the guy out. I'll only fight for a good reason, but like you said, it's usually some dumb egotistical shit.

tae kwon do is mainly a sport,...yes they do teach you self defense but most of it is for sport,..im a 3rd degree,...i can hold my own when it comes to fighting,...but tae kwon do only helped me in my fights when it came down to defending a punch or kick,...grappling is what is usually involved in a street fight,..you get someone to the ground,..mount them (shutup,..no sick jokes) and just start pounding on them

I beileve that a gun is very stupid but packing a knife is ok for self-defense. There is a hot chick I know that my family as been friends with theres for about 20 years now. She took a knife course and self defense course and packs knifes 24-7 now. She told me not to stabe but to slice next to the legs and butt and to never cut on the upper-body.

The one time I got into a fight I was really nervous and almost shakeing, it was really stupid but he backed out luckily cause I dident really want to carry on with it.

I admit I carry a knife when I go walking late at night in NYC. For a while.. a friend and I would rome around lower Manhatten in the early hours of the morning. And.. it just gave me a sense of being slightly more protected.

I think some people are misunderstanding what I am trying to say. I'm not just going to try to lock people up and do throws.. while yes, brazilian jui-jitsu is by far more tactical than olympic, what I am saying is that if I find myself in a life or death situation, I will slam a person into the concrete, thus removing them from the situation. I will not rely entirely on grappling, but use what I have learned to my advantage, I weight 245lbs, where more bigger guys do not know how to use thier weight, I do. It all depends on the situation. Most guys who act tough in a group are cowards alone, I believe in most situations, if you were to be outnumbered and fighting alone, if you cause serious damage to one of the guys, most likely his friends will back off, because they know slightly what you're capable of.

If I was fighting just one person, I'd have no problem with taking that person to the ground and keeping them there. Group fight is a different story, but there are too many variables, as the way anyone would react would be dependant on how much thier life is in danger..
