I put probably 20 pounds off since this time last year. I've let myself go and its recently just been coming to my attention. My lowest weight in the last 2 years (no height increase) was around 205. I want to be back down to ~220. Don't get me wrong, I'm not exactly fat, and if you saw me in person you'd see that, but my belly is where I store fat and its gotten to the point where I get angry about it.

well, I took a pic of my OSU ID card which was originally taken when I was at my skinniest. The photo quality sucks, but my ID card is worn out and my digicam blows. If you look at my face in the pic I posted above and the one below, you'll notice a big difference.
I want to look like I did then, and have a relatively flat stomach. I don't need a 6 pack, but a tone body would be nice. If I keep at the pace I'm going, Im going to get bitch tits pretty soon

yeah she supports me. she's my motivation. we have workout contests at the gym that keep me going. I will get skinnier, but its just a matter of time and energy. At a pace of 2-3 lbs a week, I've got a long hard road ahead of me.
Yep, I gotta belly that's not horrendous, mind you, but it is getting on my nerves. Prolly not that good for me either.
So, if I had to pick one, I guess I'd say get back to a more aerobic, athletic program. Get back on the road bike and get out on the tarmac.
