but i disagree, i think that for bolt ont applications its is a fine manifold
it also does not explain your times
i think you gotta dyno it
with taht setup you should be hitting low 15's easily

You could do a cheesefrog-style exhaust. Hehe... 2.5" piping all the way and make a cutout that leads to a straight through exhaust, while the leftover pipe will be closed off but welded to a stock muffler. sleeper style y0

ITR won't fit a GSR head without some modifications, so it's not worth it...just get a skunk2 after you get some cams, that's where you'll see the best gains from it. Skunk2 designs their cams specifically with that manifold.
VTEC just switches to a larger cam profile. I-VTEC does this, as well as changing the cam timing.
