Some of the best burgers I ever made came off one of those beauty's.

I'm seriously thinking of getting another, bigger one.

Nice and juicy... gatta let it heat up first... till the light goes off. THEN put the meat on, if it's before then it'll just start cooking. Needs to actually seer the outer layer to "lock in the juices".

shes a chemist....sometimes her cookies taste like sand. i tease her a lot about her inability to follow directions when she does some incredibly important work all day long, (not to mention she is well respected by her employers). i hoep she never works for sara lee though :db:
