Tech support??
I do DSL tech support for Epix Internet Services in PA.
www.epix.net
We use Dlink DFE-530TX+ NIC's for customers and we just started doing reselling for Dlink and their wireless stuff.
Most of it is pretty reliable from what I've seen. We have a very low return rate.

i think the hardest support would be like the people at betty crocker who help you cook, ro the phone people, or like wipe-yo-ass tech support...the only people that call there are the really really dumb ones.

I provide tech support to the people who decided to spend $1000 on a Gateway, Dell, HP, etc and realized their warranty is out and the company wants $100 an hour just to talk to them. I also build and sell pcs and do some freelance work at school. I am basically everyone's b*tch.
