The best thing to do:
1. Reset router for 15 seconds using a paperclip in the back.
2. Log onto router (192.168.0.1) with Internet Explorer.
3. Click on WAN, if using cable click on "Clone MAC Address", if using DSL click on PPPoE, and if using static IP click on static IP.
4. After info is put in click on Apply and then continue.
5. Click on status and check connection status under WAN.
6. If it says connected your good.
7. If using DSL DO NOT use DSL software.

All that DSL/Cable software does anyway is put your ISP's name all over your computer... IE provided by Verizon ... blah blah blah. THAT ... or unless you have to launch to a radius server to connect to your DSL like this chick in NJ that works from home for us. That ALWAYS causes issues when she has to change her password with our domain.
