how have you survived 6 months with no job (financially), AND have enough cash for weed and partying all the time?

i have chosen a career in law enforcement.. utah will be a good start.. but i hear northern california is in some need..

 

tis my secret h: actually I managed to save quit a bit from my last job, I made a decent wage from Unemployment, and my "Partying" is thanks to friends. I never asked for it but if they offer, I don't say no. I can't stay couped up in my apartment ALL day

everything else is confidential.

...hmm, just so there's no missunderstanding, I NEVER use parents "help" ($$$) for anything other then food or rent.

Actually I had a really good discusion w/ a head hunter (my main man right now) just a while ago. He was talking about how bad things are for everyone. Not just the unemployed, but everyone. It helped me understand that most employers realize this. Even though you have the few that dick you around and what not but whatever. And If I rationalized before, I would have remembered my dads VP of AIG and even HE's going through this shit. They're moving to Springfield tomorow because of downsizing. But the downsizing isn't really greed, but lack of money in the business and cheaper help over seas. They just hired on like 200 phillipians (sp?).

move to china. vent w/ them. after enough venting pay a guy thousands of dollars to be sent back here in a cargo container and swim back to shore.

glad you've realized things could be alot worse. what field are you in?
