whats yer max benchpress??
220 at 165lbs... that was before my shoulder injury... now everytime i try to max... shoulder rolls ut of the socket... mnight have to have surgery...but shoulder are never the same once they get ****ed...
I press 4 times a day, every day... I used to lift competitively in college intermurals 4-5 years ago, did only OK for my weight - lifted 155 to 165 while weighing 190 at the time, usually placed 10th out of 20 or 25, but then I stopped and lazily gained "non-muscle" weight on a steady college diet of chinese takeout and beer/liquor.
This trend needs to be reversed, and quickly, so I'm getting back into the habit. Right now I'm doing 220, 3-5 reps... my one time max is around 275. I'm hoping for about 300 by Christmas if I eat right and rest adequately...
