Default workout squad question...

when you're lifting, do you go up in weight between sets or down? like do you start with your max and then decrease weight, or add weight toward your max?

i use the same weight but go down in reps.

for example insted of doing 8-8-8 i do 10-8-6

Your doing the same amount, but it feels better cause your muscles get tired anyways

so after you do 10-8-6 with one weight, do you go down 10lbs and do that again? or are you saying you just do 10-8-6 with the same weight again and again? and how far is the weight from your maX?

hes saying he just does 10-8-6 period. do a weight you can lift until you can barely lift it on the 10th rep.
