Default a lil help with susp swap.

im getting ready to take my ground controls off. this is my first time doing it all by myself, so i want to make sure i have everything straight.

i took off the front wheel, and the front looks pretty straight forward.

i took off the rear and had a little trouble trying to figure out which bolts to remove.

can someone give me a how to on how to do the rear of a 99 integra sedan. im pretty sure its similar if not the same as the coupes.

here is what i have so far.

-remove the 2 nuts that are accessible from the trunk area, the nuts used to hold in a rear strut bar.

-remove the bolt / nut that holds the "fork" of the shock to the control arm

can someone take over from there? i know i have to remove a LCA bolt, not exactly sure which one. heres a pic.

thanks for the input. also, if there is a DIY online, can you please link it. i seen the one from c-speed already.

You don't need a spring compressor since your car is already lowered. So there shouldn't be any preload when you are loosening the top nut. Don't need a breaker bar. WD-40 will help if you do run into some bitchy nuts.

Why are you taking them off?

maybe spray the bolt with some WD-40 and let it soak a little if it doesn't want to come off.

what are you replacing the GC's with? you only need a spring compressor if you are putting factory springs back on. me and my friend actually just use brute force and didn't need a compressor.

breaker bars are for weaklings

He's putting ITR springs back on, so he'll need the compressor.
