They started making cars around 1990..But I must say..They are doing pretty well.
Biggest automaker = Proton.

I know..I know..on one caresh:

Waja 1.8..can you say..peugeot?

that satria looks nice. but its reminiscent of some car that i cant name at the moment:thinking:

My real Dad lives in Malaysia. He drives a Perdana

Haha he let me drive it once... RHD takes some getting used to. Most of those cars are actually based on Mitsubishi platforms. For example, The Putra is built on the Lancer chassis, while the Perdana has the Galant chassis. They also use re-badged Mitsubishi engines.

Satria = mitsu...can't remember..
Proton cars have mitsu engine just like early Korean cars.

Then you must know Cars in M'sia is ****ing expensive even the Domestic!!

Wira was about 20K++ in 1995.
