Need help from workout squad
I need to get in shape for soccer and i want to look good for the new school year. So what should i do to built up my running endurance and get toned? ANy advice on eating and exercise routines?? Thanks
well to get up your running endurance I would suggest running. To get toned just lift a low amount of weight with a lot of reps to tone yourself. I would suggest doing chest and biceps because they stand out when people see you
as you probably know, try and work out in the morning
the more you workout the more intake you should be having
also 5 smaller meals a day is advised, rather then 3 larger ones
