i'm not too smooth when it comes to public speaking ... any tips? i can easily communicate clearly in social, casual settings, but when the spotlight is on me only, i tend to choke up.

make eye contact, speak up, if you get nervous lean with your hands on the podium and sorta grab the sides.. just some tips from speech class:thumbup:
