Damn I never liked the boxy look with Jeep's but this looks sessy.

My choice would have to by a Limited 4Runnner. My buddy has a '97 4Runner supercharged and its bad.

As a matter of fact they can.

And if the I6 isn't enough power for you...you can swap in a Chevy 350 and use the factory Toyota tranny as well.

But the I6 Toyota includes is a very powerful engine and the thing was built to out handle Jeeps in off road ability.

I'd get an old FJ-40 or FJ-45 cruiser or late 80's 4 Runner (with the removable top)

My Bro has an 87 Toyota PU with a 22RE with a Marlin Crawler low range gear in the Xfer case. He had done an 85 full front axel swap, but now he's doing some weird crazy custom 4-link suspension with a T100 rear axel, and he plans on an adjustable coilover front suspension.

I used to have an '81 Jeep CJ-8 Scrambler, but the thing was in horrible condition and was ready to fall apart, I didn't have anyplace to store or work on it, so I had to sell it.

Either one of those boxy Cherokees with a lift and the Safari looking roof rack which is badass.

Or some kind of Toyota Pickup Truck with a lift.

Wasn't the FJ 45 the one with the Independent Rear suspension on it?

I remember one of them having an IRS setup but can't remember which one it was.

Nothing too extreme, just a nice lift and some big wheels

the 45 was different body styles, wagon, short bed PU, and long bed PU. It was only made in 63-67 and had the same engine and stuff as the 40 of the same years.
