I'd get an old FJ-40 or FJ-45 cruiser or late 80's 4 Runner (with the removable top)

My Bro has an 87 Toyota PU with a 22RE with a Marlin Crawler low range gear in the Xfer case. He had done an 85 full front axel swap, but now he's doing some weird crazy custom 4-link suspension with a T100 rear axel, and he plans on an adjustable coilover front suspension.


I used to have an '81 Jeep CJ-8 Scrambler, but the thing was in horrible condition and was ready to fall apart, I didn't have anyplace to store or work on it, so I had to sell it.
