I saw this on someone's site and even he didn't know what on earth it was. Now I can't help but wonder... I think it's pretty nasty but curiosity has the better of me on this one.

it's like those people who get those beads planted under their skin to like raise it up. I heard about some non-doctor dood that does body "art" up in NYC. I'm surprised the law hasn't come down on this guy for illegal plastic surgery or something like that.
