yeah, they usually don't charge for that and will only do it for people that they really know, to avoid legalities. some of them are pretty well trained in medical stuff. you can get just about anything you can think of, tho. snake-tongue, devil horns... i'll bet someone could make you look like a klingon, if thats what you're into
