Just read a couple reviews about it and people seemed to like it. Anyone else ever used it?

what do you mean by seafoam? cause its a brand with a lot of different products and I use it all the time. I think we are taking about something different probably

I hear it works wonders on high mileage engines.

Just make sure to use it where no one is around.

Its a cleaner you add to the engine though a vaccuum hose on the IM. Supposedly it breaks up carbon deposits and cleans the engine.
