You put it directly in the cylinder and let it sit, cleans out the carbon.

I've used it. You suck up about 3oz of the fluid thru your intake plenum hose or whatever it's called, blipping the throttle to suck it up until the engine stalls. Let it sit for like 5-10 minute's then start it back up and drive around. It's kinda fun to drive after this as you're spewing pillowy white clouds afterwards, but it goes away after about 1 minute

It does work. It's no hype. I use it on all high mileage cars that I've touched. Sorry, no dyno charts.
