Damn half charcoal, half gas is fucking awesome.

For the taste, you really can't beat good old fashioned charcoal. The smoke itself imparts flavor into whatever you cook on it. For the sake of instant gratification, propane is great too.

Anyone have recommendations on Weber natural gas grills? The new place will have natural gas (rare for South Florida), and I would prefer to avoid refilling propane tanks. I have it boiled down to either the Genesis E-330 or Summit E-420.

Charcoal would be nice, but most days I would not have the patience.

Which I am not. Most days would be cooking for me wife and I, with the occasional BBQ. I know Weber's last for a long time, so I was not opposed to spending the extra money if the Summit would be good to "grow into".

If you have the means, than the summit is amazing. I just think by the time you get into that price range there are better grills out there from higher end makers.

I am going to stick with the Genesis. I'd prefer to save where I can. It is still going to last for quite a few years.
