I need to gain some weight back...
Before I had my surgery in January I was 6'2" and 180 lbs. I was lifting weights three times a week and was in pretty good shape. During my hospital stay of about a month I got all the way down to 130 lbs!!!! Now I am back up to 155 but I can't seem to put on any more weight no matter how much I eat or lift. What can I do?????
