You are right but they could lie about how he died or even IF he died. I would have thought that if they had a chance to take him alive they would. They certainly would not want him to become a martyr or make his capture public for fear of uprising more extremist support for him. just say he's dead and keep him captive. Alque da will confirm his death to try to give him the martyr status, as they know there is no way he will ever be liberated right?

In any case he is as good as dead thats for sure.

What's interesting is apparently they matched it with DNA taken from his dead sister's brain which was kept primarily for this purpose.

 

they said they burried the body at sea.... they dont have the body apparently.

 

If they buried him the next day in keeping with muslim tradition then they should know that they should have buried him in the ground :doh:

 

Burals at sea in Islam is allowed if it's not possible to bury the body before it start decaying. They prob did not do this to avoid ppl from diggin up the body and Martyrizing Osama. It's like eveything was done to avoid any stupid extremist to give a reason for uprising/vengence for his death... seams like it was done pretty well too.
