I would think that the gore picture was fake, even if it wasn't side by side to the original.

The more I look at that picture, the more chopped it looks. Like someone hit CTL+L on photoshop and took the black levels waaaaay down on the beared and fucked up the chop on the eyes so they used the sharpen tool way too much. :|
