Alright I need to get bigger this summer. Anyone recommend supplements that theyve used and seen good progress with? I use to load on creatine long ago, but since i stopped working out, I shrunk, and it sucks, so im probably going to stay away from that. Lately ive been eating nothing but steaks, but I think I need some supplements. Anything I could cook at home that would help? I heard eggs are good, but how should I cook them? Any suggestions would be great ! Alright im off to work, peace.
You should eat every 3 hours and make sure every time you eat you pack on the protein. I have never heard of a certain way eggs need to be cooked to maximize the protein content. Unless you want to eat them raw, because cooking an egg denatures the proteins. Regardless eat a lot of tunafish too, and hit the weights hard.
