werd. it's better to start out all natural, before a mental dependence on supplements start. if you reach a plateau, then it may be something to consider.

by your horrendous spelling, i am going to assume that you do not work for them. you can get all those 'nutrients' through a healthy, balanced diet. care to share how much you $pent on all these 'necessary' supplements?
what the hell does working for them have to do with anything? its called knowledge... science is science and your body is science... there's nothing wrong in giving your body what it wants and needs to help it grow stronger and even bigger quicker... these products aren't dangerous.. they arent seroids, they assist you're body in its healing and development so you keep at what your doing confidently... i'm also going to be changing my diet..i need to.. if not then my body isn't going to reinforce itself now from when it gets older when diseases and cancers come into play... bone weakness, heart failure.. all of it is in direct effect to how your body grows now, and especially since im 19 and in the best time to make the biggest difference... and with today's "market" of foods out there.. you rly dont get the conventional nutrients if you don't know where to look... there's two ways to this, the wrong way and the right way... imma do it the right way ... thanx

you got me there. i'm not a scientist.

but i'm going to argue that there are MORE than TWO ways to do it. and the right way does not necessarily involve supplements.
