creatine just lets you lift weights over a longer period of time. But they make you retain water so if you take a break from lifting or stop working out altogether you will lose the mass you have gained. Protein is a good addition to your workout though

I eat like 1 protein bar a day.. 35 grams in that.
Me and my friend just made a tuna omelet. 4 eggs... 2 cans of tuna, and lots of hotsauce. Glass of milk each. = 41 grams each plus whatever 2 eggs is. Great small snack.
