my goal for this month.
good goal to set!!! i thought about setting a 5lb goal to get me up to 140!!! my metabolism is so freakin fast but i noticed eating better (not always fast greasy food) helps a little...but who knows....good luck
ya i need to gain some weight too. im 5'7" and im at 145 right now, down from 155 just 6 weeks ago. since i havent been working ive really fallen out of shape, but i started biking 4.5 miles to school every day so im hoping i get a little muscle out of it.

For me it actually seemed like it was easier to lose weight then gain. Just working out for 3 years (plus prolly induced some growth spurts) I went from like 160 - 220... plus prolly like 5" - 6" inches. It wasnt all muscle though, I was kinda chubby.
But I went down to like 180 over the summer... and the muscle is still there.
