Default my goal for this month.

my weight has been the same since i was 17. an embaressing 135ish lbs. my goal for the next 30 days is to gain 4 lbs.

this will start when i buy a bathroom scale.




think i can do it?

tips?

im not planning on stuffing myself with junk.

i will keep you guys posted, that way i can motivate myself.

i really think weight gain can be achieved in the timing of meals. if you eat an hour or 2 before your sleep, you'll put those pounds right on.

Work out, you'll put on some weight. I'm the same way, high metabolism, eat everything in sight, never gain weight. The only way I put on weight is by adding muscle.

my plans:

eat lots of carbs before i sleep.
eat lots of carbs for breakfast.
eat more eggs and meat for protein.
workout more often.
