ive been working out for 2 months + watching what i eat and ive lost about 20 pounds. imma join workout squad once i hit my short term goal

yea eat lots of carbs. I have been putting on weight by just eating anything thats bread like I can. French toast or pancakes or eggs and toast for breakfast. Cheeseburgers and fries for lunch. Pasta works. Drink whole milk

yeah, i use to weight 120 & ate ALL the time!!!

.......then I hit thirty

now I weigh 165.

I guess that's still average for somebody 5'8"
