btw Blake. Personally I waited to buy a house mainly because I didn't want to be living/working for the house. Meaning I waited until I could still make all the payments and still live the same way and spend the same way.
but I'm sure someone else has already given you similar advice.

I decided what to do though.
Gonna keep the duplex in Fresno and let the money I am making off it build up. That way when I do move down again I can use that money to knock out the wall and have a 1800+ sq ft 4 BD 2 Bath 2 car garage all to myself.
